Refunds or exchanges on orders of multiple bottles require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Other Considerations

Hormone Specialist is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address).
